VSHM series new ring roller mill is developed by Dongguan Vsunny Machinery Co., Ltd. drawing on the same type of ring roller mills at home and abroad, in combination with its practical problems encountered in using this type of flour mill to process powder. It is ring roller mill equipment which is characterized by more practical, greater yield, and longer life of wear parts. Without the drying system, it can grind all kinds of qualified non-metallic mineral powder materials with moisture less than 8%.
The series of ring roller mill can process marble, calcite, gypsum, barite, talc, pyrophyllite, kaolin, bentonite, illite, vermiculite, sepiolite, potassium ore and other minerals. The fineness of finished powder is between 600 and 3000 meshes.
Working Principle
Ring roller mills crush materials by impact, extrusion and grinding. There is plenty of moving clearance between the grinding roller mounted on the turntable and the axis pin. When the turntable revolves round the main shaft, the grinding roller will be stretched out to the grinding ring by centrifugal force, and press the grinding ring inner wall and rotate round the axis pin. Through the clearance between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, the material will crushed by the impact, extrusion and grinding of the grinding roller. The material is ground by the first layer of the grinding roller and grinding ring, then will fall into the second layer of the grinding roller be ground again as per the same principle, followed by the third and fourth layers. After the material is ground by the grinding roller in the last layer, it will fall onto the turntable under gravity and stretched out to the lowermost milling equipment, and brought to the interlayer between the inner and outer walls of the cylinder by negative pressure airstream, and once again rise to the top air classification system for separation. Qualified fine powder will pass through the classifier and enter into the pulse dust collector; coarse materials will be directly knocked to the grinding table and resettle in the pulverizing room for pulverization. The turntable is distributed in multiple layers. Thus, the material is sufficiently crushed to reach the desired fineness.

Technological advantages of new intelligent ring roller mill
1. Using the PLC-controlled thermostat system enables ground barite to dry without coal, which can save a large sum of drying costs, greatly save costs and increase profits.
2. As the constant temperature control system is used and process design is improved, our ring roller mill can flexibly add various additives to greatly enlarge the application range of powder.
3. Roller beads, pins and stents are made up of vertical mill casting materials; the working life extends from 11~18 days to around 35 days when the currently common ring roller mill is used to continuously grind barite powder (acid pickling mine) of 1800~2500 mesh. When wear-resistant parts reach the maximum actual production days, the control system will automatically prompt to replace wear-resistant parts, thus reducing maintenance time and increasing service life, and greatly improving the profit margins of the plant.
4. The casting technology that uses vertical mill casting reduces loss of our ring roller mill, and through the multi-channel iron removal device, the impurity content of the ground powder is decreased, and the ground powder whiteness is not reduced, which has changed the traditional shortcoming that "milling lowers whiteness" by common ring roller mills.
5. Using an improved, more reasonable three-dimensional design has changed the past shortcoming of low, short of common ring roller mills; our intelligent ring roller mill can seamlessly connect to automatic packing machine, thus changing the past artificial packing inefficiencies, improving packing efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Touch-screen PLC control system is used, which can both real-time monitor the temperature, pressure, electric current and wind speed of various parts and make the operation more convenient, intuitive, thus reducing the disadvantages of merely relying on operator experience in the past, and changing the high defect rate.
7. Our intelligent ring roller mill is installed with a control system that automatically shuts down if there is no feed in thirty seconds, so ring roller mills will no longer produce large particles due to a sudden stop, and this situation prevails in traditional ring roller mills.
8. Use a more reasonable flow channel design and classifying technology; compared with the same equipment, it has higher yields.
