Brief Introduction:
As one of the extruders, feed extruder is mainly used in food extrusion, animal feed or single material extrusion, or can be used for the pretreatment of the raw materials during the production of vegetable fat and drinking wine. The dry and wet extruders of this series is appropriate for big, medium and small livestock farm, feed mill and food plant.
With the rapid development of our economy, the quantity of feed extruders of pets, fish and shrimps increased sharply, and the industry is booming and started with commercialization and standardization. Pet food has a large difference with traditional feeding method. Taking the leftovers of corn and soybean (bean cake) as the raw materials, this equipment can extrude and produce different particles of fodders with new shapes, special taste, rich nutrition, fine texture and different pet flavor for dogs, cats, fish, births, rabbits, shrimps, minks and foxes, etc. The equipment is appropriate for professional farmers, small and medium-sized feed mills and research institutions. With the same feed formula, the cost of homemade extrusion feed is 60~80% lower than that of the retail price; in addition, the feed particles are neat and smooth, and can float on the water surface for more than 12 hours, which will not pollute the water and can annihilate the germs to reduce the occurrence of fish diseases.
Operational Principle (Extrusion Principle):
After the adjustment process, the materials will enter the extrusion cavity to form homogeneous block masses of high temperature through the rubbing, cutting, and ball-blending procedures performed by different spiral screws, spacer rings, damping blocks and inner sleeves of various screw pitches and channels. The materials will be extruded out of the steel mould when the pressure of the exit end reaches 25~35kgf/cm2 via the throttle function of the exit module.

Product Advantages (Features):
Homotaxial extruder has been developed for more than 10 years with abundant practical production experience and feedbacks from customers. Except for the more reasonable and higher productivity spiral arrangement, the fifth generation homotaxial extruder can produce 0.6~20mm different types and particle sizes up and down feed particles based on proper rotating speed according to different length-diameter ratio (long diameter of single axis≈11~15) and the production demands of customers. The maximum oil and fat content can reach to 14%. Besides, the product can select vacuum drag pressure equipment according to customers' requirements to produce high-class and low cost sinking fish and shrimp feeds; or attach dampers to prolong or increase the kneading time to produce special effect on certain formula. The extruder adopts unique anti-interference bent axle design. The bent angle of the main axle can be adjusted randomly so that to avoid the crashing of rod and internal screw to increase the lifespan of the product.
